All orders are processed after payment confirmation.

Please allow 1–5 business days for order verification, preparation, quality control, and dispatch.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended.


Shipping & Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery timeframe is:

7–21 business days after dispatch

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

Vallence is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs resulting from incorrect addresses submitted at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Returned Orders

If your package appears delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact our support team.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Unclaimed package

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
